We wanted a small and intimate wedding on the beach. Todd came through with everything I asked for and the day could not have been more perfect. I wanted low stress and that's exactly what I was able to have because Todd took care of all the things... Which allowed me to focus on being the bride and enjoying this special moment in my life. Todd was super responsive via phone, text, and email. I'm so pleased I found Amelia Island Beach Weddings and I would recommend Todd and his crew to anyone considering a beach wedding!

My husband and I recently renewed our VOWS. Todd handled everything from start to finish. He ensured that our event was personalized, romantic, elegant , and stylish. He spent a lot of time on the front end, ensuring that we were fully informed of the available site locations. Todd was wonderful to work with. He helped tremendously whenever we ran into a snag in trying to plan our wedding from 200 miles. He jumped in and facilitated communication on multiple occasion with our florist, reception venue, and caterer. You wedding will happen flawlessly if you go with Amelia Island Beach Weddings, and you couldn’t pick a more beautiful location. Had the best experience with Todd and Patrick just like family!!!! they are so accommodating and made sure our wedding was the best it could be. Todd is so organized and fun he and Patrick work together to set up and put together the most magical experience ever!!!!! The colors were perfect the set up was amazing and they even make sure you have the best setting for photos made me feel like a movie star. I will forever keep in touch with these amazing gentlemen so we can build a friendship Truly talented people who love what they do and bring only their best creative and inspiring love them both !!!!! Can’t say enough about how amazing our event turned out! We gave them very little time to pull off the impossible and they made it all happen .... and then some. It felt like we were being taken care of by family and had the time of our lives celebrating our daughter’s wedding. Wish I had more STARS to give!!! Love!
Trying to plan an entire wedding in a month sounds nerve wracking. I didn't have time to plan everything myself and since we lived here, Todd was the first and only person I called. He was amazing the day of the rehearsal/ wedding. He made sure everyone was taken care of and that everything went smoothly. He was very attentive to what I wanted but was also willing to tell me what would look best. He even took his time with our pictures and took over 1000 pictures which I can't wait to see. Between Todd and Patrick, I couldn't have had a more perfect day.
I found Amelia Island Beach Weddings on Google. They were the first and only wedding planner that I called. From our first time speaking, I knew that I had made the right choice. The setup on the beach was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Todd made sure that our dream wedding became a reality. Not to be outdone, Patrick listened intently at the rehearsal dinner and included family stories in the ceremony. This little bonus brought tears to every person in attendance that day.

Working with Todd Smith and Amelia Island Beach Weddings far surpassed my expectations right from the start. We wanted a simple but elegant beach wedding but I really didn't have the vision like many women do. I just knew I wanted simple. After a few conversations and ultimately describing my house as Pottery Barn style, Todd got it immediately and the rest was taken care of in terms of beach style. Then the ceremony - my husband and I tried to come up with our own vows but that really wasn't us either. Based on getting to know me, Todd chose Patrick to officiate the ceremony. Patrick interviewed us, our friends and family at length and captured us and our relationship beautifully. To this day I wish I had a copy of the ceremony - due to stress and nerves I barely remember it other than he captured us both so well our friends and family were commenting "he sure figured you two out!". The best thing for me to come out of the experience other than a fantastic wedding day was a friend for life. There are people you meet and just know you trust them to handle the most sensitive and stressful of things in your life, which a wedding day sure can be, and Todd is that person. I am so happy to have met him. I 100% percent recommend him and his team for your wedding needs. He goes above and beyond every step of the way.

As the mother of the bride living in Savannah with the bride and groom living in New Orleans, trying to plan a beach wedding on Amelia Island for 120 + guests was almost a three ring circus! Todd was wonderful and his attention to detail just what we needed. He can do anything or everything depending upon how involved the bride and groom want to be. Every aspect of the ceremony was perfect because he had already thought about it and made the corrections and adjustments. The "staging" of the wedding site was perfect for pictures and sunset in the background. Todd is a real pro.I want to take the time out to say thank you soo much!!!!!!! Our wedding was more than what we imagined. My family is still talking about the setup. To anyone who is thinking about using Todd for your beach wedding..... this is your guy. We couldn't have asked for a better planner! Todd went above and beyond to help make this stress free and FUN! Family came in from all over and everyone enjoyed a simple but beautiful wedding site with a sunset reception at the Golf Club. He was so affordable and went out of his way to make things work exactly the way we asked! Best part was the package deal, it could include everything I needed which was extremely simple on my part! We wouldn't trade anything that happened that day and night! Affordable, reliable and he kept reminding it was OUR day so the choice was ours on everything!

I live in Missouri and my husband lives in Texas so getting together in Florida to plan a wedding was not going to happen. Todd did an amazing job arranging our wedding and helping to plan the reception with nothing but phone calls and emails to guide him. All we had to do was show up. He suggested the Beach Club at the Golf Course at Amelia Island for the reception and it was just what we needed for a hot August wedding. The whole thing was perfect!My wife and I did our wedding memorial day weekend on the beach in Fernandina. We found Todd online and met with him, maybe 2 months before the wedding. He was fantastic from the very start. Todd helped us plan the wedding and find a place for the reception (florida house inn was perfect for our 60 person reception). Anytime we had questions, Todd addressed them very thoroughly and professionally. The day of the wedding was perfect, Todd and his crew setup our beach wedding just the way we wanted it and all our guests said it was one of the best beach weddings any of them have ever attended. If your still on the fence about whether or not to use Todd, I would put my professional reputation on Todd's ability to make your day perfect. Hope this helps.

Todd was the wedding planner for Leah and me just over 2 weeks ago. He gets a rave review!
We're not sure how he did it ... We were lucky to find him when we were planning a wedding in a place we had never visited or seen. He made many visits to the bakery, hotel, restaurants, etc. He set up for the wedding on the beach. Ours was a small wedding by number of attendees, but he coordinated the details like it was a big wedding. He was there every day for nearly a week ... He popped up everywhere and handled many, many things personally. It felt like we were the only wedding he was working on, and he felt like a member of our family.
We loved Todd, our families loved Todd, and it was a great wedding!

As a mother of the bride planning an intimate wedding in less than 10 days, I didn't think it could be done but I have to say that finding Todd and Amelia Island Beach Weddings was a huge BLESSING! He was SO wonderful to work with, took care of every detail and guided us through the process. The setting was beautiful and Patrick did an amazing job with the ceremony - it was so sweet and a perfect fit for my daughter and her new husband! I would HIGHLY recommend them for a beach wedding/event!

I used Amelia island beach weddings for my 2o year vow renewal to my high school sweetheart. I live in another state and was not able to be there for all the planning and preparing that needed to happen. Todd met all my needs and had everything taken care of for me so I didnt have to worry being so far away. The only thing I had to do was find a place for the reception, order a wedding cake and and have someone take care of my flowers. Other than that... all was taken care of. Todd was more than accommodating and I highly recommend using his services for your Amelia island wedding. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I searched all over the place trying to find the best way to have a beach wedding. Everywhere I found at first was just going to rent the items I needed to me and the rest was to be done by myself. No thank you! When I came across Amelia Island Beach Weddings and spoke to Todd, that was it, I knew he was the man for the job. Everything he chose for the decor, the setup, the process, the officiant, it was PERFECT! He even suggested a reception spot that was beautiful and completely affordable.
